Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of 666 CURSE and the purchase of a digital Cast. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.

1. The product

666 CURSE sells personalized digital Casts. A Cast is a personalized digital record of a curse created through the Service. We make no claim that any Cast has supernatural effect, causes real-world harm, or contacts any named person.

2. Operator

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You confirm this at checkout.

4. Purchase

Each purchase is for one digital Cast. The advertised base price is $6.66 USD. Applicable taxes may be added during checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). There is no subscription and no physical shipment.

5. Accounts

No customer account is required. Keep your receipt email if you may need recovery later.

6. Personalization and prohibited use

You are responsible for names and other personalization you submit. You must not use 666 CURSE to threaten, unlawfully harass, commit illegal acts, share unlawful content, impersonate others where unlawful, or otherwise abuse the service.

7. No contact with the target

We do not contact the person named in a Cast. Distribution and sharing of a Cast are controlled by the purchaser.

8. Fulfillment

After successful payment, we create your Cast and make available the related digital outputs (such as a public page and downloadable images) according to the product’s then-current design. Delivery is digital only.

9. Intellectual property

666 CURSE branding, templates, and platform materials remain our property. Subject to these Terms, you may share and download your purchased Cast for personal, non-commercial sharing consistent with the product. You may not resell the service, scrape the catalog at scale, or misrepresent Casts as official communications from third parties.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Because Casts are personalized digital goods, change-of-mind refunds after successful delivery are not the ordinary outcome. Where a Cast was not properly fulfilled, charged in error, or another refundable situation applies under applicable consumer law or our support review, we may refund or otherwise resolve the purchase. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled through the payment provider and may affect Cast availability.

11. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim for reliable fulfillment of paid Casts but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Disclaimers

Casts are sold as digital products. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 666 CURSE does not claim that a Cast causes supernatural, emotional, or real-world effects.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that Cast. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or sharing of a Cast.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
